Anita Pointer was one of the founding members of the Pointer Sisters. They won two Grammys in 1984 for the top 10 hits "Automatic" and "Jump (For My Love)". The group's other U.S. top 10 hits were "Fire", "He's So Shy", "Slow Hand", the remixed version of "I'm So Excited", and "Neutron Dance".
