It was always Jay Brody's dream to work mornings at CFNY 102.1 the Edge, and a few weeks before everything shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic, he achieved that goal. The Morning Grind on Y108 became The B Team on 102.1 the Edge.
Last summer, while Jay Brody, Shawna Whelan and Chris Z were broadcasting on CFNY from their respective homes, they reunited in my backyard for a chat about their new morning show.

Jay is the second on-air personality to quit their gig at 102.1 the Edge this year. Carly Myers resigned in March 2022. Jay and Carly are both staying in radio.
And no, Jay won't be moving to Q107. His new radio gig is not with a Corus station.
