I'm a little behind in my training for June's Ride to Conquer Cancer, but catching up quickly. Today I had a great 31 km ride and felt great. I'll be ready for 220 km.
A big reason I'm doing this is because I felt so helpless when my dear friend Mike Kic was diagnosed with cancer. He was treated at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, which the Ride to Conquer Cancer supports. When Kic passed away on April 12, several of you responded by pledging my ride, pushing me over my $4,000 goal.
I want to thank the following people with all my heart. I truly appreciate your support.

Although I've hit my target, I'm now gunning for $5000. If you haven't yet donated to my ride, please donate now.
I know who I'll be thinking about when I pass the finish line.
