We've entered a new era for spoilers. Twitter is primarily to blame, but others like Facebook and Reddit share fault. Allow me to explain...
In this day and age, it's not uncommon for us to watch a television program after its original airing. Breaking Bad might air 10pm on Sunday night, but I won't get to the episode until some time Monday night. In the meantime, I'm dodging spoilers left, right and centre on Twitter, Facebook and Reddit.
Spoilage is so bad and annoying that I think I may have to avoid the web between the time the Breaking Bad season finale airs on Sunday and the time I get to it next Monday. Unplugging might be the only option.
