My son grew too quickly. I mean physically. He's always been way bigger and taller than his peers, so he's always struggled with gross motor skills, trying to figure out what goes where and how to put it all together.
My son is playing tee ball this season at High Park. There's two games a week and a practice. For the past six weeks, we've been working on his catching. He's got a great arm, and I'm not worried about the batting, but his catching and fielding needed work. Luckily, I've always dreamt about playing a long game of catch with my son under a sunny blue sky.
Yesterday afternoon, before the hockey game, it all came together. I can cross another item off my bucket list.
