Mississauga Mayor Hazel McCallion has a third arm. That must be the case or this picture of her and her son Peter was Photoshopped, and the Toronto Star wouldn't do such a thing.
If you click over to that same article now, you'll see the Toronto Star has cropped the photo of Hazel and Peter so as to remove McCallion's third arm.
