Sadly, this is an example of comment spam. Tony Brown's name linked to some XBox 360 forum. The new trend in comment spam are these "kiss ass" comments on random entries, and I get (and delete) several each week.
When the nicest words you've heard all day come from comment spam, it's never a good sign.
