I just received the following email.
Mr. Boon.
I am the owner and administrator of a website that caters specifically to writers, it has recently come to my attention that a play has been uploaded previous to the VA university shooting that notes the author as "Seung Cho".
I am aware there are other works on the internet that bear his name, such as the Brownstone and Mcbeef plays, the one in my possession is almost 60 pages long and is equally disturbing and violent.
In addition, I believe I can give an accurate definition to the words 'Ax Ismail' because I used a similar phrase to title a philosophical treatise on future morality and I can prove "Seung Cho" did indeed read it because he has left a comment on my work which has been logged. Although it was based in science-fiction, I strongly believe it may have motivated Cho Seung Hui to do what he did on April 16.
If you feel this information is worthy of broadcast, you may do so on condition that my website receive due reference as the origin of these documents and I will release the pertinent information to you when I'm assured you will agree to these conditions.

Am I to believe this Vega fellow is the only person with this 60 page screenplay allegedly written by Cho Seung Hui? Does Luis Vega really have such insight, and if he did, is this how he shares it with the world?
If this material exists, it's undoubtedly worthy of broadcast and it would appear elsewhere before Toronto Mike shared it. And what's with the "I will release the pertinent information to you when I'm assured you will agree to these conditions"? That's not very Web 2.0 of Mr. Vega, is it?
