Josh Towers allowed another five runs in the first inning last night against Boston. Towers, who is 0-6, became the first six-game loser in the majors. The Blue Jays are 5-3 against the Red Sox this season, and all the losses have come in Towers' starts.
His ERA currently sits at 10.59. His WHIP is 2.28. He's killing us. JP Riccardi, I beg you to assign him to Syracuse where he can work out his kinks with little damage to our quest for a pennant. We can't handle a seventh start by Josh Towers.
