Today is the 100th anniversary of the birth of Dr Seuss, author of classics such as "The Cat in the Hat" and "Green Eggs and Ham" and my favourite Christmas special, "How The Grinch Stole Christmas!".
I was just reading an article from the BBC on him. Theodore Seuss Geisel wrote more than 40 books, which have sold half a billion copies between them. He nearly burned his first book "And To Think That I Saw It On Mulberry Street" after it was turned down by 27 publishers.
I know I loved Dr. Seuss as a kid as does James. "Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind." - Dr. Seuss
