I bought a bunch of Blue Jays tickets online earlier today. During the check-out portion of the transaction, I had to select the method by which I'd like the tickets. I could have them mailed to me, I could pick them up at the box office or I could print them myself. Without hesitation, I opted to print them myself.
An additional $3.50 appeared on my final bill for the honour. $3.50 so they could email me a PDF file for me to print on my paper with my ink. Since I'm doing all the work and absorbing all the expense you'd think this option would be free. The tickets themselves already have surcharges on surcharges. What exactly is the $3.50 for?
